Meetup: How will Account-based Strategies Impact BizOps?
Hi everyone, and happy new year! What’s this all about? It’s likely that your company’s 2017 business plan includes some sort of account-based marketing and/or sales program. The potential impact of an account-based strategy could be significant: by focusing your company’s marketing and sales resources on fewer, well-targeted accounts, the team could close better-qualified leads that convert to higher-value customers over time. But what does an account-based model look like? How would you adapt it for your business? And more importantly, what’s the impact of account-based approach on the BizOps function?
