Release Notes: Account Control Center 2017.11.30 Release

Here are the latest updates from the most recent release of the Rekener Account Control Center.

Time Series Metric Enhancement

A heavily requested feature:  now, when looking at a time series metric, you can choose to show the data over time. Simply click the clock icon next to the metric name, and then choose whether you want the data grouped by day, week, month, quarter or year. Filter Queries by Campaign

Now when you create a group and then build a query to find leads or contacts within that group of accounts, you can further filter by Salesforce Campaign. For instance, you can set it up to only show leads or contacts that are members of a certain Campaign, or exclude leads or contacts that are members of a particular Campaign.

New Picklist Metric Type for Lots of Data

For text-based fields that have a small number of values that you would want to display in Rekener, you can use the normal Picklist aggregator to create your metric. For text-based fields that have more than 200 unique values in them, you can choose the new Big Pick List aggregator.  The purpose of the Big Picklist is so that you can store a list of text-based values, and then run functions on that Picklist, such as the UNIQUE function.  The UNIQUE function can look at a Big Picklist and determine how many unique values there are.  This is useful when looking at a Picklist of Lead ID’s that have hit your website, and determining how many unique Leads that represents.

Lead to Account Matching Upgrades

We have improved our Lead to Account matching algorithm to be able to match leads to accounts even in some circumstances where there is no email domain on the lead. We do this by matching the Company name on the Lead to Account names of your Salesforce accounts.

Enhancements and fixes

We’ve added many improvements and fixes, including an upgrade to the way we store HubSpot data to make it easier and more flexible to create metrics.
